A busy time of year

This turn landed him on first base with a run batted in.
It has been a little while since I have gotten on here and actually blogged about something other than an interview or a total hunk. This is the first time I have had my blog in the Spring and as the world comes alive with all of it's splendor, so does the Hoss household.

We are an active family. My children do sports year round. Fall- daughter is in cheerleading and son is in football and other son joins Cub Scouts. Winter- both daughter and son are in swimming. Spring- daughter and both sons are in 4-H. Both sons are in baseball. Summer- daughter is on summer swim league, we continue and finish up 4-H and baseball and there is always the summer camps.

But Spring is the busiest. I enjoy watching them and their sports; cheering them on and watching their faces when something goes right. Taking them for ice cream and giving them a pep talk when they don't.

#25 is my son.
That's not to say that I am not keeping busy with my own things. I am still plugging along in my writing, gathering interviews for the blog and working at the JOB. My husband is building me a deck and I couldn't be more excited about that! And I am planning my trip to attend my first conference this year. My two CP's and I have also decided to get together for a writer's weekend. I can't wait!

So, as I plant more flowers, till my garden, write, cheer my kids on and bask in the sun, I will try and be a little more diligent in keeping up with my posts. I thank you for staying with me. I hope you all have a great Spring and Summer filled with lots of sunny days and glasses of lemonade!
